Whether you already own a lot, or are just beginning your search for the ideal piece of land, or are considering tearing down a home and doing a rebuild, Valore Homes is ready to work with you to make your dream home a reality. We offer a turn-key process starting with a site evaluation to provide an estimate on the lot preparation work and start identifying a budget for your wants and needs.
Our Process
Select from one of our Floor Plans. Gather inspiration and initial pricing at our Design Center in Southpark!
Our team will make a visit to your site to review exactly what needs to be done to build your home, i.e., Home Placement, Topography, Utilities, etc.
Confirm that the Home Plan selected will work, as well as confirm if the home is being built in a Community that we are following the Architectural Review Guidelines.
If you need assistance with financing, we have a few preferred lenders we work with that offer 1 time close - CP (Construction to Permanent Loans) for FHA, VA, Conventional, and Jumbo Loans.
Depending on the Municipality and or County, we will review and handle all the details in reference to building permits, impact fees, utilities, driveway or culvert permits, or work with you to guide the process in Well and Septic applications, etc.
Learn about the construction process and timing of your project with expectations, and meet with your construction manager who will be building your dream home.
Clearing and excavation begin! At this time, we will set building stakes for the foundation, clear any trees (if needed), and start to balance the site to prepare for your foundation type (Slab, Crawl, or Basement Foundation).
- (Pre- Drywall) - Foundation, Framing, Roofing, Exterior Materials, Rough Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC, Insulation, and Drywall.
- (Post - Drywall) - Interior Trim, Cabinets, Countertops, Flooring (Tile, LVP, Hardwood, etc), Final Plumbing & Fixtures, Electrical (Light Fixtures), and HVAC, Final Paint, Door Hardware, Shower Doors, Mirrors, Exterior Finishes, Garage Doors, and Landscaping.
We will do a final clean, then provide you with a certificate of occupancy. There will be a Valore Homes Red Carpet Homeowner Orientation. Finally, get your keys and MOVE IN!
